- Upon your arrival at Cusco airport, Andes Explore Peru staff will be waiting to greet you and comfortably transfer you to your hotel in Cusco.
- You will have the rest of the day free to explore the city at your own pace or rest, giving you flexibility to enjoy Cusco as you prefer.
- Andes Explore Peru will take care of your accommodation so you can relax and enjoy your first night in Cusco.
Day 2
Day 2: Machu Picchu Full Day
- Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Cusco, courtesy of Andes Explore Peru.
- The Andes Explore Peru team will pick you up from your hotel and take you by private transport to the Ollantaytambo train station.
- You’ll board the train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes, a spectacular journey organized by Andes Explore Peru.
- Upon arrival at Aguas Calientes train station, Andes Explore Peru staff will be there to welcome and accompany you.
- We’ll head to the bus station in Aguas Calientes, where we’ll board the bus to Machu Picchu Sanctuary.
- Once inside Machu Picchu, you’ll have a 2-hour guided tour with a Andes Explore Peru expert guide who will explain the fascinating history and mysteries of the site.
- After the guided tour, we’ll take the bus back to Aguas Calientes.
In Aguas Calientes, enjoy a buffet lunch organized by Andes Explore Peru.
After lunch, you’ll have free time to visit the artisan market or stroll through Machu Picchu Pueblo.
- At the scheduled time, we’ll head to the train station to board the train back to Ollantaytambo.
- Upon arrival at Ollantaytambo, Andes Explore Peru’ private transport will take you back to Cusco.
